Heel spur treatment-End the foot pain

Heel spur treatment?

On my right foot, below my ankle, on my heel, but not on the bottom of my foot is a dull pain that makes it hurt to walk, especially in the morning. I’m assuming it’s a heel spur. What can I do without having to go to the doctor?

If it is a bone spur, they can actually be dissolved by using 10-20 OsteoMatrix plus 30 Alfalfa Complex. For some this can take place within a few days.

Bone spurs are actually a deficiency of calcium which causes the body to leach calcium from the bone. As the calcium is being leached, it forms an eruption. This eruption is the bone spur.

Hope this is useful and feel free to contact me with questions.

The heel spur pain I had was anything but dull. It was very painful and in both heels. I had it for almost 14 months and it then subsided and is now gone.
